Our Current Programs
HFGG is a non-profit organization that is committed to providing quality medical care to the needy and poor. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their ability to pay.
Verification
Our social workers on ground gather the patient information and conduct a thorough investigation to determine if the patient meets the criteria for financial assistance.
Hospital Care
We provide financial assistance to beneficiaries who need help paying for hospital care. We also work with hospitals to ensure that our beneficiaries are given discounted prices as well as receive the care they need.
Medication Assistance
We provide medication assistance to patients who cannot afford to pay for their medications. We work with pharmaceutical companies to get our patients the medications they need at a reduced cost or for free.
Financial Assistance
We provide financial assistance to diabetic patients who need help paying for their medical bills. This assistance can be used to cover the cost of insulin, medications, doctor's visits, and other healthcare expenses.
Case Management
Our social workers provide case management servicesto patients who need help navigating the healthcare system. Our case managers help patients find the right doctors, get the right medications, and understand their insurance coverage.

- Medical bills of diabetic patients who would otherwise not be able to get the necessary medical attention.
